Our Design Team works to make aesthetic improvements to downtown. The committee administers the sign and awning grant program, manages downtown lighting and other decorative projects, and oversees maintenance of downtown planters.

PROMOTIONS COMMITTEE
Our Promotions Team enhances the image and promotes the district's unique social, economic, and cultural character. This committee works on the downtown's annual festivals and events designed to get people into Downtown Highland Park.
ARTS SUBCOMMITTEE
Our Arts team helps Main Street coordinate with the Highland Park Art Collective and our artist community at large. This committee promotes and enables civic art projects and serves as a Main Street's link to the surrounding Artistic events and happenings.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITTEE
Our Org Team builds a strong base of funding and network of resources and volunteers, board members, and committee members to sustain Main Street's mission. The committee fund-raises, recruits volunteers, and runs financial management.

ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING COMMITTEE
Our ER Team works to support, diversify, and grow the business district. This committee attracts new businesses, hosts business networking events, does outreach to local businesses, does outreach to local businesses, and helps sharpen the competitiveness of business enterprises.

Main Street Highland Park ("MSHP") is a non-profit community development organization that manages the downtown Business District for the benefit of the merchants, business owners and residents of Highland Park. As a dedicated advocate for the downtown, Main Street leverages its budget resources and relationships on behalf of its constituent members to bring about change that would not otherwise be possible.
Main Street Highland Park's programs improve the image of downtown Highland Park, focusing on its commercial assets, visual appeal, safety and desirability as a destination for business, for shopping, dining and fun. Main Street Highland Park is a volunteer-based non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of downtown Highland Park, NJ, as a place to live, work and do business.
