No need for permits this weekend. The Borough of Highland Park has waived its Garage Sale permit requirement for this coming weekend, October 4 and 5th, 2008. Due to the horrible weather this past weekend, many people expressed an interest in having their sales anyway, and the Borough of Highland Park has expressed their willingness to help by waiving the permit requirement for the October 4 & 5 weekend..
