FREE Holiday Dinner
Highland Park's Second Annual “It Takes a Village” Holiday Party It’s the season for giving and Elsie Foster-Dublin is asking the community to give their time, talents and gifts to make sure the Second Annual “It Takes a Village” holiday party is a success.
The party is from 1-3 p.m. Dec. 25, 2009 at the Highland Park Senior/Youth Center, 220 South Sixth Ave.
While Foster-Dublin, Highland Park Borough Council president, organizes the party, it’s sponsored by the community, she said.
About 150 people attended last year’s party and Foster-Dublin is expecting the number to be higher this year because of the tough economic climate.
