Autumn in the Park, Sunday, October 30

The 3/50 Project

Main Street Highland Park and the Borough of Highland Park are teaming up to bring a new AUTUMN IN THE PARK. Because of the repaving, the horse carriages will run along South Fifth (5th) Avenue, from Borough Hall, to the Main Street office and back. The rides will run from 6pm to 9pm on Sunday, October 30.

There will be trick-or-treating along Main Street and at the Borough. There will be music, dancing, crafts and prizes for best costume. Mad Science, sponsored by The Municipal Alliance

Horse and Carriage Rides, sponsored by Main Street; Arts and Crafts Table, sponsored by Over the Moon Toys; Popcorn and Cotton Candy, provided by The Highland Park Police Department

That's how the 3/50 project begins. At Main Street Highland Park and Main Streets throughout the United States we are dedicated to preserving the brick and mortar downtowns that are the foundations of our community; we are a community AND economic development organization, dedicated to fostering a strong community by maintaining and revitalizing our downtown. And a strong community supports its downtown .

Stop by, and see what's new (and what's familiar)!

November 26th marks the second annual Small Business Saturday, a day to support the local businesses that create jobs, boost the economy and preserve neighborhoods around the country.

Small Business Saturday (SBS) was created in 2010 by American Express in response to small business owners' most pressing need: creating more demand for their products and services.

For local, sustainable, fair: shop Highland Park..
